As surfers, we know how important it is that your gear — especially surfboards — arrives safely and in perfect condition. That’s why we go the extra mile with every shipment.

All surfboards are packed with great care and double-boxed in a heavy-duty outer box at no extra cost. With over 20 years of experience and trusted shipping partners, we know how to get your board to you safely.

Delivery of Surfboards & Bulky Items

If your order includes a surfboard or other bulky item, it will be shipped with a specialised carrier.

You’ll receive a tracking link with a planned delivery date. This is usually a good indication of when delivery will take place.

In many cases, the local delivery partner will contact you to arrange delivery. However, this does not always happen, and delivery may also take place directly on the planned date.

Please ensure you monitor the tracking information and are available on or around the planned delivery date.

Help us help you: Inspect - Report - Accept

Almost all of our shipments arrive without a scratch. But in the rare case something goes wrong, don't worry - we're here for you. We’ve handled thousands of deliveries and stand by our expert customer service. Here is what you should do;

  • When your parcel arrives, inspect the box for any visible damage
  • Snap a few quick photos before opening if anything looks unusual
  • Let the delivery driver know and ask them to note the damage before signing
  • Carefully unbox your parcel

If everything looks fine — enjoy your new board! If there’s any issue, contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to make things right.

This inspection helps us identify and resolve any transport issues quickly and does not affect your statutory rights.

Pro tip: Be gentle when unboxing and make sure you have plenty of space. Surfboards are very well packed, and accidental damage during unwrapping can happen if not done gently.

We’ve done our best to include accurate shipping rates for all destinations. However, some remote or hard-to-reach areas may require an additional charge.

If this applies to your order, we’ll always contact you before processing the shipment. You’ll have the option to approve the additional cost or request a full refund — no questions asked.

Delivery times

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on your location and start once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Average delivery times:

  • Netherlands & neighbouring countries (e.g. Belgium): approx. 2–3 working days

  • Northern & Central Europe (e.g. Germany, Denmark): approx. 3–5 working days

  • Western Europe (e.g. France): approx. 5–7 working days

  • Southern & peripheral Europe (e.g. Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland): approx. 7–9 working days

  • Rest of Europe: approx. 7–9 working days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a track & trace link by email. Tracking updates may be less frequent than standard parcel services, as our freight partners prioritize careful handling of large and fragile items.
