Are you still shipping orders?

Yes, we still ship your orders. We do our best to keep you informed as soon as this changes. If rules change after you placed an order and shipping becomes temporarily restricted, we’ll get in touch to find the best solution.

Can I still receive my order?

We ask you to check with your local government if you are not sure.

Can my order be delayed?

Yes. You probably understand road transportation can get delayed due to local restrictions. We ask for your patience and understanding, knowing that we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Can I still return my order after I received it?

Yes, but it depends on your local measurements how and when you can do this. We understand a return shipment might be delayed. Read our return procedure for more information.

Can I get a refund if shipping to my country gets banned completely?

Yes, that is an option. Of course we hope to offer a solution, ie to ship as soon as the restriction is lifted, but we understand if you would rather have a refund right away.

What safety measurements have you taken against the Corona virus?

Firstly, we work from home and our customer service team isn’t in direct contact with each other or the warehouse. Secondly, we’ve taken all recommended measurements at our warehouse to minimise the risk of spreading. Our colleague in the warehouse is symptom free and takes hygiene very seriously. Pretty much all of our stock arrived at our warehouse before the outbreak in Wuhan and none has come from that region since.

Can the Corona virus spread through my order?

Experts say that chances are very small that the virus spreads by handeling a package. We still advice to keep your distance when you accept it. All delivery employees know how to ensure this distance. Also, make sure you wash your hands frequently.

Shipping (and remote areas)

We work together with different shipping companies depending on the place of delivery.
We strive to deliver your products as soon as possible.
The cost of shipping can be calculated at checkout, but before making your final payment and is always the most accurate.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the location, shipping times may vary.

Please note that if you live in a remote area, extra costs may be charged. These costs may also apply for orders on which we offer free shipping. You must contact us first if you live in a remote area so we can tell you if we charge extra costs for your delivery. It is your responsibility to check if your address falls under a remote area. If you are not sure if you live in a remote area, contact us first. If you completed your payment without notifying us that you live in a remote area, an additional payment on your behalf to cover the extra costs for shipping to a remote area must be completed before we can send out your order. In the unlikely case, you do not wish to pay the extra costs and you want your money back, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the costs of refunding the money. 

Within the Netherlands expect 2 to 3 working days for your shipment to arrive.

Within the rest of Europe expect 7 to 9 working days for your shipment to arrive.

Special note regarding surfboards

Because of their size it’s not (always) possible to select a specific day and time when they will be delivered. You can track you shipment to see on what week day your surfboard arrives in order for you to make any arrangements to receive your surfboard.

Please contact us if you have any questions or requests about your delivery. We’re more than happy to do what’s within our capabilities.

Inspect before sign and accept

We take a lot of care packing your orders. We make sure that everything leaves our warehouse without any damage.

Surfboards in particular are packed in their original strong packaging and we even put them inside a second (outer) box to minimise the risk of damage. Still, it is important that you inspect your package before you accept and sign for it. It is normal for the outer box to have some wear and tear from transport, but if there is clear damage to the outer and/or inner box please make sure you report this to the delivery person and let them make a note of this before you accept and sign for it. If you fail to report this it may become difficult later on to prove that any damage occurred during transport.

Don’t worry almost all products arrive without any damage. In the unlikely event that your order was damaged during transport we’ll do our best to find a satisfying solution. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

Right of Withdrawal

After purchasing a product you have the possibility to disband our agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. You must express this right by using this standard form (click to open and download)and e-mail the completed standard form to info@fronttrading.com. After you’ve expressed this right you have a further 14 days to return the product. If we receive the product within this legal term, we will refund the initial purchase including shipping costs within 14 days after we receive the product. You only pay the sipping costs for returning the product. A returned must be complete, intact, undamaged and not used. Also, the product needs to be returned in it’s original packaging.

Returns

If you have any question regarding your purchase please contact us at info@popupsurfshop.eu as soon as possible.

You can return your purchased product within 14 days after purchase and 1 day after delivery. The product must be complete, intact, undamaged and not used. Also, the product needs to be returned in it’s original packaging.

The costs of any returns are to be paid by the consumer. For bulky items, such as surfboards, expect shipping costs from €20,00 in the Netherlands to €100,00 the further you live from the Netherlands.

If we made a mistake or a product arrives with damage, we will compensate the shipping costs of the returned product.

Returns are at risk of the consumer. We are not liable to any damage that is the result of returning a product. Make sure you always ask for a proof of shipping when returning a product.
